The invention refers to a method for obtaining and of an uninterrupted process of production of methyl esters of fatty acids, known as bio Diesel, by using controlled cavitation. According to the method proposed the transesterification is realized in an uninterrupted two-stage process with an excess of methyl alcohol from 12 to 20 % in the presence of alkaline catalyst; sodium metoxide, sodium or potassium hydroxide in a ratio from 0.4 to 1 % as related to the whole quantity. The proposed reaction scheme decreases the destruction time of the triglycerine molecule from 30 to 60 sec owing to the high pressure (from 200 to 400 MPa) and the temperature (from 4000 to 10000 degree C), appearing as a consequence of the micro explosions of the cavitational caverns. The produced radicals of fatty acids and of methyl alcohol enter a flow tube reactor for a lapse of time from 15 to 20 min, where in the turbulent flow their recombination runs, as a result of which the transesterification reaction is realized. The second stage is essentially similar to the first one, but the cavitation mixer runs at much softer conditions (turns of the engine and pressure). After the distillation the biodiesel is carried to the chemical filter for purification. According to the proposed method of production the biodiesel obtained is of purity 99-100 % and the harvesting is as high as 97-99% the theoretical one.
