The synthesis of hypotensive peptide with primary structure reduced in scorpion venom Tityus stigmurus for optimization and use as a drug.The invention patent refers to the reduction of the primary structure and synthesis of antihypertensive peptide, called stigmurus hypotensins found in the venom of Tityus scorpion Tityus stigmurus, aiming at the optimization of these structures for their use in the preparation, fo Rmulau00e7u00e3o and production of antihypertensive agents.In the present invention are presented derivations and synthetic modifications in the structure of the native peptide of scorpion venom Tityus stigmurus.
