The use of magnetic hybrid composite of Polyaniline / aloinato / metallic oxide for the removal of heavy metals from aqueous environment nowadays, there are many methods for the removal of heavy metals in solution, such as chemical precipitation, membrane filtration or clots Tion - flocculation, among others.However, most of these methods are ineffective to deal with low concentrations of heavy metal and, in addition, usually have complex implementation and high cost. For these reasons, there is a need for new altemativas that may help to overcome these limitations.An attractive possibility is the use of technologies based on adsorption, which tend to be more economical, efficient and easier to implement.We present in this patent the proposed synthesis and use of a new adsorbent for the removal of heavy metals from aqueous solutions on the basis of a material consisting of a matrix of alginate surrounded by a layer of polyaniline, magnetic particles of magnetite in I. Nterior.Once adsorbed ions of interest from the aqueous medium, the complex composite / heavy metal newly formed can be easily separated physically by the use of an externally applied magnetic field.
