The process of obtaining a colorimetric reagents kit for the detection of viral diseases of canine distemper virus, preferably of the colorimetric kit. The present invention refers to a process for the production of a colorimetric reagents kit for detection of canine distemper virus (CDV) using gold nanoparticles modified with antibodies to the virus.In addition, the invention refers to a kit comprising the colorimetric reagents obtained according to the process described here. In addition, as it is a methodology that uses antibodies, alternatively, this colorimetric kit applies for the detection of other viral diseases using the same procedure only by exchanging the antibody of interest.
