The present invention relates to peptides, nucleic acids and cells for use in immunotherapy methods. more specifically, the present invention relates to cancer immunotherapy. The present invention also relates to peptide epitopes obtained from tumor-associated cytotoxic t cells (lct), alone or in combination with other tumor-associated peptides acting as active pharmaceutical ingredients of vaccine compositions that stimulate anti-tumor immune responses. The present invention relates to several novel peptide sequences and variants thereof, both derived from human tumor cell class I and class II molecules, which may be used in vaccine compositions to produce anti-tumor immune responses.
