METHOD OF APPLICATION OF DUSES, FORMED DURING THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING FERRONIKEL, AND SINTERED BY ELEVATORS, OBTAINED BY THE DATA METHOD

For the use of dusts and fine fractions of ore formed in the process of obtaining ferronickel from dusts and finely ground ore material, raw materials for granulation are obtained. Raw granulation is granulated to produce raw pellets that are sintered in a sintering furnace with a steel conveyor comprising one or more zones for drying, heating, sintering and cooling the pellets. Sintered pellets can be sent to a rotary kiln to partially reduce nickel and iron. Alternatively, the pellets can be sent to a smelting furnace to produce ferronickel together with partially reduced laterite ore obtained from a rotary kiln. The optimal conditions for sintering pellets from dust formed in the process of obtaining ferronickel were determined.
