The invention relates to medicine and can be used to evaluate condition or to detect connective tissue pathology (and/or organ). The present invention particularly can be used in aesthetic medicine for correction of aging skin changes. The invention includes methods of the diagnosis of regenerative and proliferative potentials of fibroblasts of a patient's skin, which allows to conduct individual correction of aging skin changes. The diagnosis of regenerative and proliferative potentials of fibroblasts of a patient's skin is performed using a computer system, which simplifies the methods.
