A Pharmaceutical composition for pulmonary delivery is a dry powder containing Porous Carrier particles and particles of active Agent. The Porous Carrier particles and the particles of active Agent is a mixture of respirable orderly agglomerates that are useful for treating Diseases of the Lung.The particles of active agent may include One, two, three or more active ingredients. Also described is a process for Spray Drying to prepare the respirable agglomerates.
