摘要

The invention discloses an improved nanocomposite solar selective absorber coating with an antireflective layer having a solar absorptance 95%, thermal emissivity property 0.07-0.17 at 100 to 500°C and excellent thermal resistant property to withstand a temperature up to 500°C capable of coating on stainless steel substrate (1a) comprising a) a solar selective absorber layer (2a), having a nanocomposite oxides consisting of Mn, Cu,Co and Zr; and b) an antireflective layer consisting of material selected from nanoporous MgF2 nanoparticles having hexagonal shape (3a) ; Si02 nanoparticles having spherical shape (3b); Zr02-Si02 solgelnanocomposite (3c) deposited over the said solar absorber layer (2a). The substrates are preferably stainless steel tubes and plates of any dimensions and of any shapes. It is also discloses a method of producing said coating as well as the solar energy collector or absorber. Fig.1
