MODULAR COMPACT STRUCTURE FOR CONDUCTING OFF-LINE TRIALS OF THE SPOT WELDING GUN FIXTURES

Modular compact structure for conducting off-line trials of spot welding gun fixtures, the structure comprising: a base frame lockable on ground by means of anchor plates after on-site positioning of the structure; plurality of caster wheel assembly; single-column centrally disposed on base frame; water tank with flexible connection pipes for cooling spot welding gun arm; horizontal member assembly fixed on the central column for suspending spot welding gun; spot welding gun suspension means with spring balancer arrangement; horizontal member support arrangement with bearings; and control panel for controlling the spot welding cycle and for balancing the modular single-column structure; wherein the control panel, water tank and water pump are supported on the base frame in order to counterbalance the weight of the horizontal member assembly and spring balancer counterbalances the spot welding gun weight.
