The present invention discloses a flexible device to treat and reduce the symptoms of planter fasciitis. It provides a constant passive stretch when worn over the affected foot with shoes. The device is made up of five parts consisting of semi elastic flat band, semi circular tube, flat band five in number, rigid band over the shin area and a circular ring over the ankle area. The device has a specific screwing mechanism that gives an equal required stretch & tension over the planter fascia.
