SAW Resonator Oscillator Based Injection Locked OOK Transmitter

ABSTRACT Embodiments herein provide a wireless transmitter which includes a SAW resonator oscillator and a LC oscillator. The SAW resonator oscillator generates a carrier signal at a particular frequency. The LC oscillator receives an encoded biological signal from an encoder unit. The LC oscillator modulates an injection locked carrier signal from the SAW resonator oscillator. The LC oscillator generates a modulated carrier signal based on the encoded biological signal and the injection locked carrier signal.
