A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENFORCEMENT AGAINST ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AND TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

The present invention proposes a system and method for enforcement against illegal activities and traffic violations. The method includes the user/ citizen reporting violation to the concerned department in the system by capturing vehicle images and submitting to the selected department. The system comprises of plurality of department (state/ central) which can be accessed by the user to report violation. The accused are charged penalty for approved violations by the concerned department, wherein a percentage of the penalty is credited to the citizen as appreciation fund. The invention is advantageous in driving revenue to both departments and the citizens. The invention also improves responsibility of citizens which let the citizens to abide by the law, as a complaint can be reported by anyone.
