摘要

Based on various studies it has been found that a targeted on-site advertising scheme wonders to instigate a purchase as opposed to flyers or online adverts. In other words, one is most likely to buy a product which is on sale when the consumer already has some interest in that specific brand on sale, and most importantly when hes nearby the actual point of sale of the production. This study forms the basts of the necessity for wireless targeted advertisements and e-notice based on the location which can be extended to any form of a broadcasting system without bothering for an Internet Service. The developed product will introduce a plug-n-play mechanism in which all the notifications are fed from the admin dashboard which is being sent to the developed product which is going to broadcast the fed information or announcement to all nearby devices in a wireless fashion without needing any form of initiation from the client end application. The proposed work namely S.O.N.T.A.R. (Smart Offline e-Notice & Targeted Advertising using Raspberry Pi) is an efficient means of receiving circulars, notices, advertisements, and many other information going in the institute or an organization without wasting essential resources like energy, manpower, money, and even without affecting our environment.
