The present invention provides peptides having an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID No: 7,8,9,lO,Il,12,192,195, 197, 209, 225,226, 228,230, 240, 241, 243, 244, 249, 253, 254 or 255, as well as peptides having the above mentioned amino acid sequences in which 1,2, or several amino acids are substituted, deleted, or added, wherein the peptides possess cytotoxic T cell inducibility. The present invention also provides drugs for treating or preventing a disease associated with the over-expression of MPHOSPHI and/or DEPDC1, e.g. cancers, containing these peptides as an active ingredient. The peptides of the present invention can also be used as vaccines.
