A mechanical logic controlled tactile Braille cell/display that is operated by pressurized fluid, controlled by two slides whose operation provides a means of controlling said cell using mechanical logic, the logic control being extended to "n" number of similar tactile cells that is used to implement an array of these cells being controlled by row and column logic by arranging all similar slides as rows and columns respectively. This array of cells is set by appropriate control of row and column elements to provide a complete page of data in Braille or other tactile display of information using existing computer technology Fig. 4 and Fig. 6
