The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of gypsum plasterboards with a secondary hemi-hydrated calcium sulfate, calcium sulfate, glass powder and different fibers (loofah or coconut shell or glass) or polymer mesh thereby coated by both Sides with layers of multi-leaf cellulose. Secondary hydrated calcium sulfate has the composition CaSO4 · 2H2O, which is recycled at different temperatures to obtain secondary hemihydrate calcium sulfate and calcium sulfate. Glass is obtained by grinding glass bottles and passed through a sieving process to obtain the required particle size. The mixture comprising the secondary calcium sulfate, calcium sulfate, glass powder and fibers (coconut shell or loofah or glass or polymer mesh) is hydrated and compacted into a laminated gypsum plasterboard which is coated by layers of cellulose for their use as panels. Excellent results are obtained when we add the fibers as compared to the samples that do not contain them.
