The present disclosure is related to a system for forming and managing academic and psychological files, comprising an online platform serving as storage for a plurality of interactive modules containing theoretical and practical information, aimed especially to school administrators, parents, teachers, specialized psychologists and students receiving basic education, in order to achieve comprehensive education with particular emphasis in psychological areas. The system allows effective management of continuous assessment and control formats, as well as performing specialized reports according to certain screenings that will be determined by the user. Furthermore, derived from the information captured on the platform and in the evaluation and reporting formats, the system calculates an Emotional Risk Index, which can be used as a reference for the application of future educational programs or to make changes in the current program.
