摘要

The present invention described a peptide which comprises a sequence of 9 amino acids which is characterised in that said peptide has a bound in the N-terminal part of the PIII surface protein of the filamentous bacteriophage M13, also describing the use thereof for detecting antibodies generated by lentivirus in small ruminants. Another characteristic of the invention is that a serodiagnosis method is included for detecting antibodies caused by lentivirus in small ruminants with the use of the inventive biomolecule through immunoassay tests such as ELISA, Western Blot, immunoprecipitation, immunoradiation or immunohistochemistry.
