The invention relates to a process for preparing a product with applicability in pancreatic adenocarcinoma immunoprophylaxis. According to the invention, the process consists in preparing gold nano particles GNP in an aqueous medium, after which they are stabilized with citrate and then functionalized with protein CA15-3, in two stages, where, in the first stage the protein is subjected to a reduction reaction for exposing thiol groups (-SH) and, in the second stage, the protein is coupled to the GNP surface, at neutral pH and at the ambient temperature, for 120 min, the so functionalized Au nano particles being then subjected to successive stages of centrifugation and redispersion by ultrasonication in double distilled water, for eliminating secondary reaction products.
