PROCESS FOR INCREASING PRODUCTION OF BIO-ACTIVE COMPOUNDS IN NUTRACEUTIC PLANT CROPS

The invention relates to a process for increasing the production of bio-active compounds from nutraceutic plants. According to the invention, the process consists in preparing some granules based on compost-type vegetal material having a content of minimum 2.5% silicon, a mineral material, such as calcium silicate, colloidal silicon dioxide, diatoms having a content of 22.5...40% silicon, mixing the same in a ratio of 5...10 parts of vegetal material to 1...3 parts of mineral material and applying the granules as soil treatment, in doses of 200...500 kg/ha, 15 days before the blooming phenophase of cultivated nutraceutic plants.
