The invention relates to a protein-vitamin-mineral concentrate and to the use thereof in a fodder for broiler chickens, during the finishing period. According to the invention, the concentrate comprises 57.98% soya grit, 5% sunflower grit, 14% maize gluten, 6% carmelina oil, 5% calcium carbonate, 4.2% monocalcium phosphate, 0.5% salt, 1.42% lysine, 0.4% methionine, 2.5% choline and 3% vitamin-mineral premix containing vitamins and micro-elements, the percentage being expressed by mass. The claimed concentrate is meant to be used in the preparation of a complete fodder, when mixed, in a ratio of 30%, with 70% ground maize.
