Precast concrete foundation element for the execution of solar thermal or photovoltaic plants and its execution procedure. # The foundation element comprises a piece (1) of precast reinforced or prestressed concrete consisting of a lower slab and a pillar that comes out the upper part, which has a hole (2) in its entire height so that some pieces can be embedded over others in the storage and transport phase. # The invention also consists of a method for executing said foundation comprising the phases : prefabrication of a reinforced or prestressed concrete plate, extended from a bed of sand on a surface, placement of the piece on said bed of sand, filled by granular material on the lower slab of the plate up to the upper level of the pillar , placement of a support structure inside the pillar, wedged from the support structure and filling of the existing hole with mortar.
