A unit (1) aeroponic for cultivating plants comprising culturing: - an aeroponic chamber to surround the lower portion (12) of a plant, preferably the root portion of the plant, in which the upper section of the aeroponic chamber comprises at least one opening (5) for mounting the ground in the chamber and let pass therethrough; - at least one means (6) for spraying a nutrient solution within the aeroponic chamber; - at least one medium line for supplying the nutrient solution to the medium (6) spraying; and - at least one means (7) for draining out by draining the excess nutrient solution from the aeroponic chamber; wherein the aeroponic chamber comprises at least one element made of perforated material (9, 10), said element (9, 10) being suspended directly or indirectly in the upper section of the aeroponic chamber and extending downwardly, suitably said element (9, 10) to accommodate the lower portion (12) of the plant, preferably the root portion of the plant, and is suitable that element (9, 10) for micronizing the atomized droplets; wherein the element made of perforated material (9, 10) is selected from the group consisting of a tubular element (9), a housing member (10), or combinations thereof; and wherein the apertures have an average total surface from 10 to 100 square centimeters.
