A sheet metal high Al content having an Al content of 6.5 mass% to 10 mass% and a thickness of 0.01 mm to 0.06 mm, said sheet metal high Al content characterized by having both an integration plane {222} of 60% to 95% and integration plane {222} of 0.01% to 15% α-Fe crystal with respect to the surface of the metal sheet.
