The invention relates to an ionogel that can be used to form a self-supporting film forming a solid electrolyte of an electrochemical device, such a device incorporating this ionogel and a method for manufacturing this ionogel. The invention is generally applicable to all energy storage devices such as supercapacitors or accumulator batteries (e.g. lithium-ion). An ionogel according to the invention comprises: a polymeric confinement matrix which comprises at least one polylactic acid, and at least one ionic liquid confined in this matrix. According to the invention, this matrix further comprises a polycondensate of at least one sol-gel molecular precursor with hydrolysable group (s).
