PBT ENGINEERING PLASTIC COMPOSITION USED FOR NMT

Provided are a PBT engineering plastic composition used for NMT, and a preparation method for the PBT engineering plastic composition. The PBT engineering plastic composition includes the following components, calculated according to parts by mass: 60 parts of a PBT resin, 5-60 parts of a PET resin, 10-60 parts of glass fibres, 5-15 parts of a toughening agent, 0.3-3 parts of an antioxidant, 0.3-2 parts of a heat stabiliser, and 0.5-3 parts of a lubricant. The toughening agent is a mixture of at least two of an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester, an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer, a saturated carboxylic acid vinyl ester, a saturated carboxylic acid vinyl ester copolymer, an unsaturated epoxy compound, an unsaturated epoxy copolymer, an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer, an unsaturated anhydride or an unsaturated anhydride copolymer. The PBT engineering plastic composition has an excellent adhesive force with a metal material, and satisfies NMT process requirements. In addition, the PBT engineering plastic composition has good mechanical properties and heat resistance.
