The present invention relates to semiconductor illumination technology, and relates in particular to a light-emitting diode (LED) light source assembly, an LED photoelectric integration module, and an LED spotlight including the LED photoelectric integration module. The LED light source assembly comprises: a metal heat dissipation plate, an insulating layer and a metal pattern layer being sequentially formed on an inner surface of a bottom portion of the metal heat dissipation plate, the metal pattern layer comprising first metal pattern areas and a second metal pattern area which are not in communication with one another, the bottom portion of the metal heat dissipation plate also being provided with through holes suitable for output pins of an LED driving power source module to pass through, so that the output pins are electrically connected to the first metal pattern areas; a light source, including one or a plurality of LED dies arranged on the second metal pattern area, the LED dies including electrodes formed on top portions, and being interconnected and electrically connected to the first metal pattern areas via leads.
