The present invention relates to a system for monitoring a user's physical condition in real time by using a smart band attached to the user's body, and more specifically relates to a real-time physical-condition monitoring system wherein the sensor contact site is attached towards the user's body so as to provide more accurate measurements, and the measured physical-condition data is subjected to double correction so as to increase the reliability of the physical-condition data, and also the user's physical-condition data is linked in such a way as to allow same to be ascertained on a third party's device as well such that the physical condition of the smart-band user can be checked and dealt with between couples, parents and children, and, additionally, in the event of an abnormal physical condition or an incident such as a parent who suffers from dementia losing their way or having an accident, the accident can be quickly dealt with based on position data.
