The present invention relates to a real-time accident prevention monitoring system and a smart band for the same wherein the real-time accident prevention monitoring system collects bio-signals and location information through a gateway and a smartphone by using a smart band and enables related people to rapidly take action during an emergency situation by transmitting an alarm signal for the emergency situation with user′s location information to the related people, when the emergency situation occurs, based on the collected bio-signals. The real-time accident prevention monitoring system comprises: a smart band which constructs location data and sensing data fields in a format matched to a broadcast data field of an advertising packet of a beacon and transmits the location data and sensing data fields to at least one of a smartphone and a gateway; the smartphone, which receives the location data and sensing data from the smart band and wirelessly transmits the same; the gateway, which receives the location data and sensing data from the smart band and performs wired transmission of the location data and sensing data; and a server which receives the location data and sensing data from at least one of the smartphone and the gateway, stores the location data and sensing data, generates location information and sensing information by analyzing the received location data and sensing data, and transmits the location information and the sensing information to the smartphone.
