The present invention relates to a solar power generation solar cell structure comprising a wind pressure reducing device, the structure comprising: a solar cell panel in which one or more solar cells are integrated; an inner frame having the solar cell panel mounted thereat; an outer frame encompassing the outer edge of the inner frame, and to which the inner frame is coupled so as to be rotatable around a first shaft; and an upper structure frame encompassing the outer edge of the outer frame, and to which the outer frame is coupled so as to be rotatable around a second shaft parallel to the first shaft and spaced therefrom.
