The present invention relates to a smart health care system for providing a social network service for sustainable health care. The present invention comprises: a health care social network server for providing, to individual user terminals, individual storage spaces for storing integrated health care information, providing, to the individual user terminals, individual virtual spaces in which social networking can be performed in cyber space, displaying the integrated health care information on the individual virtual spaces, and providing a user interface for enabling the plurality of user terminals to perform social networking in the individual virtual spaces on the basis of the integrated health care information; and the plurality of user terminals for storing, in the individual storage spaces, the integrated health care information by accessing the health care social network server through wireless communication, wherein the user terminals update exercise performance information of the individual storage spaces by using an exercise performance information input template when an exercise event occurs, and the social network server for health care further comprises an exercise history updating unit for updating an exercise history database, which stores the exercise performance information by dividing the same according to time sequence or exercise types, when the exercise performance information is updated.
