摘要

Provided is a method capable of being independently used for protein renaturation or capable of being used for preceding operations of the protein renaturation. The method comprises: (1) adding a sample containing protein to be subjected to renaturation, into a denaturing solution to dissolve the sample; (2) placing a container in a low-temperature environment, and enabling a denaturing agent to be gradually precipitated from the denaturing solution, so that a concentration reduction gradient of the denaturing agent is formed in the denaturing solution, the denaturation capability of the denaturing agent is gradually weakened, and renaturation protein and/or quasi-renaturation protein precursor is gradually formed in the denaturing solution; meanwhile, as the denaturing agent is crystallized and precipitated, the volume of the solution is reduced, and the concentration of the protein can be greatly improved; and (3) separating the renaturation protein and/or the quasi-renaturation protein precursor.
