A numerical control system for a smart synchronous torque numerically controlled bending machine, comprising an HMI touch control screen, an external sensor, a power supply module, an opto-coupling isolation module, a master controller, and an execution mechanism, the external sensor being composed of a switch power supply, an X-encoder, a raster ruler, a switch signal sensor, and a pressure sensor, the master controller being composed of a communication module, a storage module, a data processing module, a pulse control module, an encoder counting module, an I/O data module, and an AD input module, and the execution mechanism being composed of an X-axis servo motor, a Y-axis servo motor, a W-axis servo motor, and a digital signal output module. The present system fundamentally resolves the demands for the technical level of operators during the user bending process; the use of abstract figures is not required to match the angular relations of different material thicknesses, and the user can objectively edit and input material information and desired bending angle information.
