A fault diagnosis panel for a smart synchronous torque numerically controlled bending machine, comprising a 15 pin socket, a power supply, a fuse, opto-coupling switches, a surface-mounted light emitting diode, and a 15 way terminal, an output end of the power supply and an input end of the fuse being in communication, the output end of the 15 pin socket, an output end of the fuse, and an input end of the opto-coupling switches being in communication, an output end of the opto-coupling switches and an input end of the surface-mounted light emitting diode being in communication, and an output end of the surface-mounted light emitting diode and the input end of the 15 way terminal being in communication. The present fault diagnosis panel for a smart synchronous torque numerically controlled bending machine is an LED display-based I/O signal level detection apparatus, having input and output signal optoelectronic isolation and power level indication functions, and is able to truly and effectively respond todetection of signal inputs of all the external sensors of the device and switches in different parts and the output signals for different uses such as relay devices.
