A PROCESS FOR SOAP-FREE REFINING CORN OIL

Disclosed is a method for soap-free refining corn oil. The method comprises: heating crude oil and adding phosphoric acid so as to carry out an acid reaction; then adding water for water washing, the water temperature being 70-100℃, preferably 87-93℃; performing centrifugal separation and then post-treatment so as to obtain the product oil; homogenizing the bottom oil obtained from the separation, then placing in a thin film evaporator to dry and thus obtain phospholipids. The method requires no addition of hydroxides or carbonates of alkali metals. The bottom oil produced from the step of crude oil water washing is alkali free, and the phospholipid dried by means of the thin film evaporator can be directly used as feed; the product oil has a yield of product oil is 93% or higher and a good color and high quality. The method not only reduces the cost, but also protects the environment.
