The present invention relates a system and a method for providing a service for registering and surveying business card information, and the present invention is an improvement over a Korean patent application (Application No. 10-2015-0022190). To this end, the present invention provides a system for providing a service for registering and surveying business card information, the system comprising: a user terminal equipped with a business card management application for transmitting information regarding business card fabrication, registration, surveying, and personal information management requesting, which are based on nation-wise and company-wise business card IDs, to a server for providing a service for registering and surveying business card information through a service screen including at least one business card management tool, which can conduct nation-wise and company-wise business card fabrication, registration, surveying, and personal information management requesting; and a server for providing a service for registering and surveying business card information, the server confirming the user's selection regarding a business card reception management tool, a business card wallet management tool, a business card fabrication and registration management tool, and a my page management tool from the user terminal, the server determining whether a business card ID can be registered or surveyed or not, the business card ID being included in user request information based on nation-wise and company-wise business card IDs, the server registering or surveying business ID-based business card ID information that can be registered or surveyed, and the server providing the user terminal with the result. The present invention enables the user to freely fabricate, register, and manage electronic business cards directly on-line, but blocks unauthorized database access by a third person, which the original registrant wants to avoid, thereby resolving the concern of unauthorized circulation of business card information.
