The present invention relates to an environment-friendly polylactic acid composite composition having controlled physical properties and a method for producing same. The present invention can provide an environment-friendly composite composition, which exhibits physical properties capable of extrusion molding without compromising the environmental friendliness of the composite composition, in the production of the ternary environment-friendly composite composition containing a polylactic acid resin, a natural rubber, and an organic clay. In particular, the present invention allows the process of producing a composite composition to be optimally designed in line with the use of the composite composition by precedently conducting the step of selecting the content value, i.e. the critical content value of an organic clay at which the properties of the environment-friendly composite composition transition from being flexible to brittle.
