A growing device for increasing the nutrient content of fruits and vegetables using LED pulsed light, comprising a cabinet body (1). The front side of the cabinet body (1) is provided with a door (2). The base of the cabinet body (1) is provided with a humidity level controller (3). A side wall of the cabinet body (1) is provided with an airflow tube (4) therein. On the airflow tube (4) is provided an airflow outlet hole (5) in communication with the inside of the cabinet body (1). The upper end of the airflow tube (4) is sealed. An airflow guide apparatus (6) is provided inside a bottom plate of the cabinet body (1). An airflow inlet (7) of the airflow guide apparatus (6) is disposed at the base of the cabinet body (1). An airflow outlet of the airflow guide apparatus (6) communicates with the lower end of the airflow tube (4). An attachment recess is provided in the cabinet body (1). The attachment recess is provided with movable fixed placement shelves (8). An illumination member (9) is provided under the placement shelves (8). The illumination member (9) is an LED light-emitting member. The invention adopts an LED light-emitting body provided inside the growing device and having a wavelength and flashing frequency of excitation light thereof controlled by a spectrum controller, effectively increasing nutrient content of fruits and vegetables, and improving the taste thereof.
