A three-dimensional bionic composite material based on eliminating reflection and double-layer P/N heterojunction, the preparation method thereof comprising: (1) using an alkaline solution of a certain concentration to implement anisotropic etching of a silicon wafer, forming a topography of closely spaced tetragonal pyramids on the surface thereof; (2) implementing hydrophilic treatment of the silicon wafer etched in step (1), growing titanium dioxide seeds on the surface thereof and calcining in a muffle furnace; (3) placing the silicon wafer having titanium dioxide seeds on the surface obtained in step (2) into a reactor, and growing titanium dioxide nanorods on the sidewall of the silicon wafer using a hydrothermal synthesis method; and (4) depositing polyaniline nanoparticles on the titanium dioxide nanorods obtained in step (3).
