A high thermal conductivity ceramic material and manufacturing method thereof. The high thermal conductivity ceramic material is produced by molding a powder mixture comprising aluminium oxide powder and aluminum nitride powder, and then sintering the powder mixture in a shielding gas. The aluminium oxide powder has a percentage by mass of 10% to 20%. The manufacturing method of the high thermal conductivity ceramic material comprises: placing ceramic bisque formed after molding the powder mixture comprising the aluminium oxide powder and aluminum nitride powder into a kiln; and sintering, in the shielding gas, in a constant temperature, and for a predefined duration, the ceramic bisque. The high thermal conductivity ceramic material has high thermal conductivity exceeding 30 W/(m·K).
