A visualized evaluation device for pressure-bearing drilling-fluid plugging and leaking stoppage material property. The evaluation device comprises a base (11), a supporting seat (12), a supporting cylinder (06), transparent pressure-bearing observation tubes (08), a piston rod (04), and a sliding sleeve (03). A liquid injection through hole (041) and a pressure measurement through hole (042) are provided in the piston rod (04); the liquid injection through hole (041) and the pressure measurement through hole (042) are both communicated with an accommodation cavity of the piston rod. A liquid injection through hole plug (01) is arranged at the top end of the liquid injection through hole (041); and a pressure meter (14) is arranged at the top end of the pressure measurement through hole (042). The sliding sleeve (03) is arranged at the upper end of the piston rod (04) in a sleeving manner; and a thrust bearing (02) is arranged between the top of the inner cavity of the sliding sleeve (03) and the outer cylindrical surface of the piston rod (04). A matching operating rod (15) is arranged on each of a supporting-cylinder operating counter bore (061) and a sliding sleeve operating counter bore (031). The operating rod (15) enables the sliding sleeve (03) to rotate, such that to move the piston rod (04) downwards, so that the volume of a sealed accommodation cavity between a tested medium and the piston rod (04) is decreased, the pressure in the accommodation cavity is increased, and interference of human factors to the evaluation result is reduced; besides, the device also can be used for evaluating large-particle (1 mm or above) plugging agents; less plugging or leaking stoppage slurry is used; and the operation is safer.
