The electrolyte comprises carbonate organic solvents, a lithium salt and flame-retardant cosolvent, the flame-retardant cosolvent being a phosphazene compound, the mass fraction of the flame-retardant cosolvent being 20-50%, and the concentration of the lithium salt being 0.8 mol/L-1.2 mol/L.
