The present invention provides uses and methods for treatment of mammary pre-neoplasias and neoplasias by intra-ductal administration of α-, β-, or Auger electron-emitting radionuclide conjugated to a specific protein or antigen binding molecules or targeting agents, which are differentially expressed in pre-neoplasias and neoplasias to a subject. The inventive methods allow for targeted therapeutic effect while minimizing systemic or organ toxicity in the subject.
