A structural abnormality detecting system for detecting an abnormality in at least one structure divided into a plurality of groups in which a plurality of factors capable of affecting behavior of a structure are equivalent, comprising: a means for storing a model that predicts, from a first inspection value obtained at a first inspection position, a second inspection value obtained at a second inspection position that is a position at which the vibration strength during vibration in a predetermined vibrational mode in the natural frequency of the structure is equivalent to that at the first inspection position; and a means for detecting an abnormality in the structure by evaluating the goodness of fit with respect to the model of the first inspection value and the second inspection value at a specified time.
