LOW-TEMPERATURE COMPOUNDED FOAMING AGENT FOR PVC WALLPAPER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a low-temperature compounded foaming agent for a PVC wallpaper and a preparation method thereof. The compounded foaming agent consists of the following components in parts by weight: 50-95 parts of azodicarbonamide; 1-30 parts of a foaming agent accelerator; 0.5-5 parts of a surface treating agent; and 3.5-15 parts of an anticaking agent. The preparation method comprises: placing the azodicarbonamide, the foaming agent accelerator, the surface treating agent, and the anticaking agent in a mixer; and performing a mixing operation at a speed of 50-500 r/min at a temperature of 30-70˚C for 5-50 min to obtain a compounded foaming agent. The compounded foaming agent of the invention has a decomposition temperature of 156-185˚C.
