PREPARATION METHOD OF PVC HOMOPOLYMER SOLUTION, USING DISSOLVING AGENT, PVC-DISSOLVED SOLUTION, PVC FILM PREPARED BY USING THE SOLUTION AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a PVC homopolymer solution containing 5 wt% or more of PVC, a PVC-dissolved solution, a PVC film prepared by using the solution and its preparation method are provided, to obtain a transparent PVC solution free from precipitation or gelation for a long time and to allow PVC to be dissolved without external heat. CONSTITUTION: The PVC homopolymer solution is prepared by adding a solid PVC to an organic solvent containing at least one dissolving agent selected from the group consisting of a phthalate, an adipate, a phosphate, a sebacate and an azelate; and stirring the obtained solution until a clear solution is obtained. Preferably the organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of ketone, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, cyclohexane and their mixture; and the dissolving agent is selected from the group consisting of a dialkyl phthalate, an alcohol derivative, a trialkyl phosphate, a triaryl phosphate, and a dialkyl adipate.
