The objective of the invention is to achieve a non-reversible circuit element in which a direct current magnetic field from a permanent magnet can be applied efficiently to ferrite, and with which the magnetic flux density in the ferrite can be increased.A non-reversible circuit element is provided with: a magnetic rotor (10) comprising a plurality of central conductors disposed in ferrite (20); a permanent magnet (25) which applies a direct current magnetic field to the magnetic rotor (10); and yokes (51), (52) disposed respectively on a mounting surface side and a top surface side of the magnetic rotor (10). At least one of the yoke (52) disposed on the top surface side of the magnetic rotor (10) and the yoke (51) disposed on the mounting surface side thereof comprises a flat plate portion (53a) and a protruding portion (53b) which protrudes toward the magnetic rotor (10) relative to the flat plate portion (53a). The flat plate portion (53a) and the protruding portion (53b) are provided integrally, and the surface on the side opposite to the side on which the protruding portion (53b) protrudes is formed in the same plane as the flat plate portion (53a) or rises above the flat plate portion (53a).
