CALCAREOUS AIRPLANE BORDER-CROSSING CAPTURE MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING SAME

A calcareous airplane border-crossing capture material and a process for preparing same. The calcareous airplane border-crossing capture material is prepared by mixing quicklime powder, a foam stabilizing agent, water, and a foaming agent in proportion, and then carrying out component conversion and reduction for multiple times. The process for preparing the calcareous airplane border-crossing capture material comprises: quickly stirring quicklime powder, a foam stabilizing agent, and water in a high-speed stirrer to obtain an even slurry; quickly introducing gas, and stirring to form an even light slurry; and converting quicklime into a light calcium carbonate block solid by means of a slaking process and a pressurized carbonization process. The capture material prepared by the process has good collapse intensity and high apparent density.
