A connection device for a vertical uplift resistance load test of a pre-buried foundation pile, comprising: a top pull beam (1), a jack (2), a main beam (3), a base (4), a test pile (5), a pile cap (6), and a pull rod (7), wherein the main beam (3) is provided on the base (4) located on both sides of the test pile (5); several jacks (2) are provided on top of the middle portion of the main beam (3), the top pull beam (1) overlaps the top of the several jacks (2); the top pull beam (1) is connected with several pull rods (7) on both sides thereof symmetrical to the direction of the main beam (3); the pile cap (6) is a concrete hexahedron provided therein with three layers of steel reinforcing cages; the pile cap (6) is provided at the top of the test pile (5); the pile cap (6) and the test pile (5) are connected by integral concrete pouring; two rows of pre-buried pull rods (8) protrude from the pile cap (6), and are connected to the pull rods (7) fixed onto the top pull beam (1) by means of a connecting sleeve (16); the three layers of steel reinforcing cages, from inside to outside, are nested and provided with an inner steel reinforcing cage having a square cross-section (9), a middle steel reinforcing cage having a circular cross-section (10), and an outer steel reinforcing cage having a square cross-section (11), respectively; the inner steel reinforcing cage (9) comprises the two rows of pre-buried pull rods (8); the bottom of the outer steel reinforcing cage (11) surrounds the test pile (5), and is below the upper end surface of the test pile (5); the bottom of the inner steel reinforcing cage (9) is contained in the test pile (5), and is below the upper end surface of the test pile (5).
